  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 3 tbsps. chopped fresh rosemary
  • 2 tbsps. olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 2-pound flank steak, trimmed

  • 3/4 cup dry white wine
  • 2 tbsps. sugar

  1. Step 1 Whisk first 5 ingredients to blend in 13x9x2-inch glass baking dish. Add steak and turn to coat. Let stand 1 hour at room temperature or cover and refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally.
