  • 4 cups peeled jicama, cut into matchstick-size pcs.
  • 3 cups pea sprouts

Directions

  1. Step 1 Cook 1/2 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons water in heavy small saucepan over low heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
