Celery salad with celery root and horseradish with medium celery root, celery leaves 1 small shallot, thinly sliced into rings, finely grated lemon zest, prepared horseradish, kosher salt, freshly ground black pepper, olive oil, fresh lemon juice, fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves.




  • 1/4 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 3 tbsps. reduced-fat cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cardamom
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
  • 2 tbsps. dried cranberries, chopped

For the garnish:


  1. Step 1 Peel and halve celery root. Using a mandoline, thinly slice one half. Cut other half into matchstick-size pieces.
