Crushed peach preserve with peach slices, jam sugar, butter. To make this crushed peach preserve for 3 persons you will need 15 mins for preparation and for baking.



  1. Step 1Place the peaches with their juice in a preserving pan. Crush the fruit with a potato masher then stir in the jam sugar.

  2. Step 2Heat gently, stirring continuously, until the sugar has dissolved. Do not allow to boil.
  3. Step 3Add the knob of butter, then still stirring, increase the heat and bring to a full rolling boil, one that bubbles vigorously, rises in the pan and cannot be stirred down. As soon as this stage is reached, start timing.
