Dark chocolate muffins with dark chocolate, butter (unsalted), self-raising white flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, cocoa powder, unrefined golden caster sugar, sour cream, egg(s) (free range), icing sugar.   1. Step 1Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan, gas mark 4). Line a 12 hole muffin tin with paper muffin cases.
  2. Step 2Put the chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl. Microwave on medium (500W) for 2 minutes, stir then microwave for a further 2 more minutes until smooth. Alternatively, rest the bowl over a pan of gently simmering water until the ingredients melt.
