Hard-boiled eggs florentine with boxes frozen chopped spinach, large eggs, medium onion, chopped, olive oil, half-and-half, chopped fresh thyme, freshly grated nutmeg, salt, coarsely ground black pepper.   • 2 boxes frozen chopped spinach
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsps. olive oil
  • 1 1/4 cups half-and-half

  • 4 large beefsteak tomatoes, quartered
  • 1/2 serrano chile, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 red onion, roughly chopped
  • 3-inch pc. of lemongrass, tough outer leaves removed and roughly chopped
  • small pinch sugar
  • large pinch salt
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 orange
  • 2 18-inch-square pcs. cheesecloth

Raspberry 2 12-ounce bags frozen unsweetened raspberries, thawed 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 cup raspberry jam

  1. Step 1 Cover eggs with cold water by 1 inch in a 2-quart heavy saucepan and bring to a rolling boil, partially covered.
