Healthy homemade cheeseburgers with 3/4 lb extra-lean ground beef, tbsp finely chopped onion, tbsp chili sauce, tsp dijon mustard, slices reduced-fat cheddar, whole-wheat hamburger buns, lettuce and tomato slices.

  1. Step 1 Mix first 4 ingredients. Form mixture into four 1-inch-thick patties. Broil 5 to 7 minutes on each side for medium to well-done burgers.
