  • 1 jalapeño chili, seeded, minced
  • 3 tbsps. chopped onion
  • 2 tsps. cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Chutney

  • 1 lb. Granny Smith apples
  • 2 tbsps. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 large bunch cilantro, stemmed
  • 2 serrano or jalapeño chilies, seeded, stemmed, halved
  • 2 garlic cloves, each cut in half
  • 3/4 tsp. salt

  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsps. chopped fresh mint

  1. Step 1 Combine 1 cup mint leaves, 1 cup cilantro leaves, minced jalapeño chili and chopped onion in work bowl of processor.
