Individual beef wellington with plain white flour, salt, butter (unsalted), water, lemon juice, fillet steak(s), parma ham, chicken liver paste, egg(s) (free range). To make this individual beef wellington for – persons you will need 40 mins for preparation and 20 mins for baking.

  • 4 Parma ham
  • 100g Chicken liver paste
  • 1 Egg(s) (free range)

    For this step you will need

  3. Step 3Evenly spread the chicken liver paste onto one side of each steak then place onto a slice of parma ham and roll the ham around the steak.

  4. Step 4Place each piece of steak onto one of the squares of pastry, brush the edges with beaten egg then place another square of pastry on top crimping the edges together to seal the parcel.

  5. Step 5Repeat this with each steak then brush the tops with beaten egg.
  6. Step 6Place the parcels onto a baking sheet and bake in the oven for approximately twenty minutes for a medium rare steak.
