Individual chocolate mousse cheesecakes with chilled whipping cream, ground cinnamon, grand marnier or other orange liqueur, large eggs, golden brown sugar.


  • 1 1/4 cups chilled whipping cream
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Grand Marnier or other orange liqueur
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup golden brown sugar

Berry compote


  1. Step 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter and flour twelve 3/4-cup custard cups. Stir chocolate in bowl set over simmering water until smooth.

  3. Step 3 Beat eggs and brown sugar in large bowl until very light, about 5 minutes. Gradually beat chocolate into egg mixture, then fold in cream mixture.

  4. Step 4 Divide batter among prepared cups. Set cups in large roasting pan. Add enough hot water to pan to come halfway up sides of cups.
