Mango and chilli chutney with mango, apple vinegar, unrefined light muscovado sugar, salt, garlic clove(s), ginger, paprika, birds eye chilli, lime(s). To make this mango and chilli chutney for 2 persons you will need 10 mins for preparation and 40 mins for baking.


  • 3 Mango
  • 1tbsp Apple vinegar
  • 50g Unrefined light muscovado sugar
  • ½tsp Salt
  • 1 Garlic clove(s)
  • 1½tsp Ginger
  • 1tsp Paprika
  • 1 Birds eye chilli
  • 1 Lime(s)


  1. Step 1Place all the ingredients into a heavy pan and simmer over a gentle heat for around 40 minutes, or until the mixture has thickened. Stir occasionally so that the sugar doesn’t catch at the bottom of the pan.
