  • 2 1/2 lb. Golden Delicious apples, peeled, cored, thinly sliced
  • 3 1/2 tbsps. all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cardamom
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp. grated orange peel

Directions

  1. Step 1 Bring milk and spices to simmer in heavy large saucepan over medium heat. Add chocolate, cocoa and sugar; whisk until chocolate melts.
