Mini ham and cheese rolls with packages party or dinner rolls, 1/2 lb boiled ham, 1/2 lb baby swiss cheese, minced onion flakes, yellow mustard, poppy seeds, stick of melted margarine.


Skinny Dippers:

  • Crostini, Baked Pita Chips, Baked Wonton Crisps, baked potato chips

For the garnish

  • fresh parsley leaves
  • thin crosswise slices of orange sections
  • fresh chives
  • 1/2-inch-long fine julienne of orange zest

Espresso chocolate chunk:

  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped semisweet chocolate

  1. Step 1 Make sandwiches (adding ham and cheese to each split roll). Keep rolls on an aluminum baking sheet.

  3. Step 3 Cover trays with tin foil. Bake at 325°F for 20 minutes. When cheese has melted remove rolls from tray and serve warm.
