Peanut butter brownies with peanut butter (crunchy), dark chocolate, unrefined light muscovado sugar, self-raising white flour, egg(s) (free range). To make this peanut butter brownies for 8 persons you will need 15 mins for preparation and 25 mins for baking.

  1. Step 1Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan/gas mark 4). Line a 20cm square baking tin with parchment paper and set aside 50g each of the peanut butter and chocolate.
  2. Step 2Gently melt the remaining peanut butter, chocolate and sugar in a pan. Stir constantly until melted. Turn off the heat and beat in the eggs, one by one, using a wooden spoon.

  3. Step 3Stir in the flour and scrape the mixture into the tin. Melt the peanut butter until runny, then drizzle over the brownie mixture in the tin. Bake for 20–25 minutes.
