Rhubarb crumble with rhubarb, unrefined golden granulated sugar, plain white flour, butter (unsalted), unrefined demerara sugar. To make this rhubarb crumble for 6 persons you will need 20 mins for preparation and 40 mins for baking.

  1. Step 1Preheat the oven to 190°C (170°C fan, gas mark 5).
  2. Step 2Cut the rhubarb into 5cm chunks and place in a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with the sugar and 3 tbsp water.
