  • 1 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp. chopped peeled fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp. chopped seeded jalapeño chili
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt

For the spice mixture:

  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 rounded tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 tsp. ground cloves

Filling:

  • Special equipment: A 9″-diameter tart pan with a removable bottom

  • 3 cups pea sprouts

Directions

  1. Step 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange fish in 13 x 9 x 2-inch glass baking dish; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
