  • 1 9-ounce box chocolate wafer cookies, broken
  • 2 oz. bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 5 tbsps. unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 tbsps. all purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tsps. grated orange peel

Directions

  1. Step 1 Pulse sweetened and unsweetened coconuts, granulated sugar, and salt together in a food processor until flaked coconut is finely chopped.
