- 4 tsps. minced serrano or jalapeño chilies
- 4 tsps. tomato paste
- 2 3/4 tsps. chili powder
For pasta:
- 12 oz. fusilli or other corkscrew pasta
- 1 1/3 cups crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
