  • 4 large egg yolks
  • 3/4 cup dry white wine
  • 2 tbsps. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. chile powder

  1. Step 1 Cook carrots in medium saucepan of boiling salted water until crisp-tender, about 2 minutes. Drain.
  2. Step 2 Whisk lime juice, cumin, garlic and hot pepper sauce in medium bowl. Gradually whisk in oil. Season with salt and pepper.
