Strawberry trifle with Pimms with trifle sponges, strawberries, unrefined golden caster sugar, pimms, custard, double cream, natural yoghurt, orange zest, lemon zest, strawberries, pansies, orange zest, lemon zest.   1. Step 1Break the trifle sponges into pieces and arrange in a single layer in the base of a 1.2 litre/2 pint glass dish.
