Stuffed hamburger "swingers" with garlic clove, minced, yellow onion, peeled and finely diced, tomato, finely diced, green pepper, finely diced, dried oregano, salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste, lean ground beef, egg, extra-virgin olive oil, large yellow onions, peeled and thinly sliced.
